Two-phase cooling is becoming increasingly adopted in the industry. Our generative design technology was recently extended for this particular domain. Our software ColdStream will help you during every phase of the cooling design process - from first designs to virtual testing and detailed analysis.
Since a generative design approach is being used, no initial design is required. At every iteration of the design cycle, multiple, full-scale 3D Navier-Stokes equations are solved. Yet, through this approach the cooling can be improved up to 15% without affecting pressure drop, manufacturing cost, or cost of the device.
