When you claim your free student account you will be granted a free ColdStream-subscription with limited features. Upgrading to the full feature set is only possible within the frame of an Academic subscription at your institute. For the student account, note that:
Only school-registered e-mail addresses will be granted an account
The subscription will be granted for one academic year but it can be renewed yearly
Proof of enrollment at a university, school or any other academic institute must be provided
