At Diabatix, we aim to make our generative design software ColdStream available to everyone, from industrial companies trying to increase the cooling efficiency of their products to students looking to supplement their research. With this in mind, we have developed three different ColdStream licenses: student, academic and industry.

• Student

The student license is free, targeted at university and school students to provide access to simple simulations and to explore the implications of AI-driven thermal designing.

• Academic

The academic license is a paid license that includes the full functionality of ColdStream, from our generative design solver down to thermal analysis tools. This license is intended for university researchers and PhD students that need the full ColdStream suite for their thermal research and thesis projects.

•  Industry

The industry license, as the name implies, is aimed for commercial customers. Like the academic license, the industry license is a paid version and also includes generative design and thermal analysis.

Once registered, the process of onboarding is straightforward. You will receive one account creation email, which will navigate you to ColdStream via a web browser for password creation. You are now ready to use the cloud-native ColdStream platform. Two-factor authentication can be enabled for both admins and individual users via security keys or authentication apps.
