It might be that your IT policy blocks access to certain domains. To verify the access to ColdStream, try to login using the following instructions:

• Navigate to coldstream.diabatix.com
• Email: coldstream.viewer@diabatix.com

In case the connection doesn't wok as expected, It might be that your IT policy blocks access to domains that are not explicitly whitelisted. To ensure that all ColdStream functionalities work as expected, ask your IT department to put the following ColdStream domains on the whitelist: diabatix.com, coldstream.diabatix.com, *.coldstream.diabatix.com, login.coldstream.diabatix.com, identity.coldstream.diabatix.com, case.coldstream.diabatix.com, organization.coldstream.diabatix.com, project.coldstream.diabatix.com, fileserver.coldstream.diabatix.com, helios-storage-protect.s3.eu-de.cloud-object-storage.appdomain.cloud

To make the onboarding session as effective as possible, execute the following steps prior to the session:

1. Set up your user account and invite your colleagues
2. Set up your engineering support accounts
3. Complete the getting-started-on-coldstream guide
