Lecture on air cooling

Cooling by air is very relevant in applications such as microprocessors, electronics or batteries. Traditionally, air-cooled heat sinks consist of multiple parallel fins. These designs are very simple, but do not harness the full cooling potential. In this lecture, Joris presents the solution of Diabatix, designed by our virtual engineer. It contains three features which make it significantly more efficient than standard cooling solutions.

Founded in 2016, Diabatix is a Belgian company that specializes in AI driven generative thermal design. Through the development of an advanced engineering algorithm, our design process is fully automated and carried out by X, the first virtual engineer. By uniting artificial intelligence and human expertise, we are revolutionizing high tech cooling by providing custom high performance thermal designs, fast.
